Order Processing

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • We do not ship on weekends or major holidays unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Methods

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all orders are shipped using refrigerated or insulated packaging with ice packs or dry ice as needed.

We ship via [UPS / FedEx / USPS, using shipping services designed to minimize transit time.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.


Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

Cold Cure Fish Co is not responsible for delays once the order has been handed over to the carrier.


Perishable Goods & Delivery Responsibility

Because our products are perishable:

  • Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the package upon delivery
  • We are not responsible for spoilage due to unattended deliveries
  • Once marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipments.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or compromised during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.

We will review the claim and determine an appropriate resolution.


No Refunds on Perishable Items

Due to the perishable nature of cured and smoked fish, all sales are final.
Refunds or returns are not accepted once products have shipped.


Local Pickup (If Applicable)

If local pickup is offered:

  • Pickup times and instructions will be provided after purchase
  • Customers must collect orders within the specified window
  • Unclaimed orders may not be eligible for refunds
