Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales from Cold Cure Fish Co. are final.
For food safety and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on any smoked fish or other perishable food items once they have been purchased or shipped.
We take great care in preparing, packaging, and shipping our products to ensure they arrive fresh and in excellent condition. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or compromised during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will review the situation promptly.
